Who is it for
This work is for you if you are:
Stepping into a new leadership role
Navigating reorganization, role change or increased responsibility
Leading in a new context — after relocation or organizational change
Leading a team through turbulence or after significant change
On paper successful, but internally experiencing uncertainty, fatigue or loss of clarity
At a professional crossroads - questioning your next step, role or direction
Living through a career or professional shift between what no longer fits and what hasn`t taken shape yet
Transitions like these require space to reflect and integrate change — without losing yourself or your impact.
My approach
I support senior leaders, seasoned professionals and teams during periods of transition - when familiar ways of working and leading no longer work and pressure, uncertainty or inner tension increase.
These moments often involve both external change and internal shifts: new roles, reorganizations, relocation, or situations where performance is still expected, but clarity and direction feel temporarily disrupted.
My work combines leadership development experience with coaching and psychological insight — supporting people to regain clarity, steadiness and direction during change.
