Individual Coaching Sessions
Individual support during leadership and career transitions
What you can expect:
• Space for reflection and sense-making
• Attention to inner responses and patterns under pressure
• Integration of external change with internal clarity
• A confidential, thoughtful and structured process
Practical details:
• Typically 6–8 sessions over 3–6 months (depending on the context)
• Online (across time zones)
• When relevant: clear contracting with HR and the leader, with agreed objectives and boundaries of confidentiality
The work focuses on restoring clarity, decision-making capacity and leadership presence during periods of transition.
Team Sessions
This work is for leaders and teams during organizational transitions — especially when trust, clarity or direction has been affected.
Typically commissioned:
• After reorganization
• When a new leader joins a team
• After periods of turbulence or prolonged uncertainty
This includes:
• New leader integration format
• Teams after reorganization or significant change
• Restoring alignment, trust and shared direction
Session structure:
• Preparation: brief conversations with key stakeholders, optional assessment input (e.g. Hogan)
• Session: 0.5–1 day, focused on shared understanding, trust and next steps
• Follow-up: short check-in to support integration into daily work
Sessions are adapted to the specific context of the team and designed with preparation and follow-up in mind.
