About me
Hi, I’m Nataliya.
For ~20 years, I worked in HR and leadership development roles in multinational organizations, partnering closely with senior leaders and their teams. I know organizational life from the inside — performance pressure, complex dynamics, and the very human realities that exist behind roles, titles and expectations.
Alongside my corporate career, I’ve always been deeply interested in psychology. I’ve studied Jungian psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
These perspectives strongly shape how I work today — helping people better understand their inner responses, patterns under pressure, and relationships with others.
I’ve also lived through my own transitions, including relocation and a shift from corporate life to independent work. Through experience, I’ve come to see transition not as a problem to fix, but as a phase that asks for integration rather than quick answers.
In my work, I combine leadership development experience with coaching and psychological insight, supporting leaders and professionals to navigate change with greater clarity, steadiness and inner authority — while staying human and effective in their roles.
On a personal note, I love theatre, travelling, and dancing (especially Afrobeat).
