For ~20 years, I worked in HR and leadership development roles in multinational organizations, partnering closely with senior leaders and their teams. I know organizational life from the inside — the pressure, the dynamics, the very human realities behind roles and titles.
Alongside my corporate career, I’ve always been drawn to what makes people feel alive despite stress and pressure — connected to who they are, what they do and to each other, especially in teams.
About me
Hi, I’m Nataliya.
I work at the intersection of corporate leadership & team development, psychology and embodied practice. My work is grounded in neuroscience — how people actually learn, connect and change — and delivered through coaching and experience-based programs and workshops.
I’ve studied Jungian psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness based approaches — and increasingly, improvisational theatre techniques, movement and embodied practices, including Afrobeat and Gaga.
These aren’t separate interests. They’re one way of looking at the same thing: real change happens when people become more aware — of themselves, of each other and of what’s actually happening between them in the room. That awareness, presence, and the ability to have fun even in serious conversations — this is what builds trust, connection and real collaboration.
