Who I work with

I work with internationally minded leaders, teams and experienced professionals who are navigating change – new roles, new countries, new responsibilities or new questions about what they want from work and life.

My clients often come to me when things look fine on the surface, but inside they feel stuck, stretched or ready for a different way of leading and living.

What I bring

For over 20 years, I worked in HR, leadership development and talent management in multinational companies, partnering with senior leaders and their teams. I know how organizations really work – the pressures, the politics and the very human doubts that sit behind big roles and titles.

Alongside this, I’ve studied psychology and Jungian‑inspired approaches, which shape how I listen, ask questions and hold space in coaching and facilitation.

My own transitions

I’ve relocated countries, changed careers and gone through the messy process of reinventing myself more than once. This means I don’t just understand transitions in theory – I know how disorienting and energizing they can feel from the inside.

That experience helps me stay grounded with clients who are in the middle of change, whether they are new leaders, expats or seasoned professionals rethinking their next chapter.

How I work

I am not here to tell you what you ‘‘should do” or who you “should be”, but to help you see more clearly what is already there – your patterns, strengths, fears and possibilities – and turn that insight into concrete choices.

I combine structure and evidence‑based tools (like Hogan assessments and New Leader Integration formats) with space for deeper reflection, so that change is not only strategic, but also sustainable and personally meaningful.
